Otkazivanje rezervacija moguće su besplatno samo u slučaju da se datumi popune drugim rezervacijama, u suprotnom se naplaćuje puna cijena.

Sigurnosni polog je polog za slučaj štete ili kršenja kućnih pravila. U slučaju da je s apartmanom sve u redu nakon vašeg boravka polog će Vam se nakon provjere čistačice i njezinog čišćenja automatski vratiti na računa s kojeg ste ga platili.

CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
By browsing the web shop, you may freely select products and add them to your cart. This action is not binding.
Once you proceed to checkout, enter the required information, and confirm your order and acceptance of these Terms, and complete the payment, these actions constitute a binding sales contract.
All prices displayed include VAT and represent an invitation to purchase.
Products/services are delivered under the conditions valid at the time of order submission.
These Terms form an integral part of the online sales contract.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email (“Confirmation”).
This Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the contract, but only confirmation of receipt of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled.
The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment of shipment of goods or confirmation of service.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
Prices are the same regardless of payment method and are visible on the product page and in the cart.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, the Seller is not obligated to conclude a contract under incorrect conditions and will offer the correct price.
If the Buyer does not accept, any paid amount will be refunded.

bank transfer
Installment payments may be available depending on the card issuer.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR MONTHLY RENTAL
Certain accommodation units are available exclusively for monthly rental and require a mandatory lease agreement.
In such cases, a reservation made via the website or other channels does not constitute a final confirmation of stay. The rental is considered valid only after a separate lease agreement is concluded between the user and the company.
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if the user does not agree to sign the lease agreement.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
SelfCheckIns d.o.o. may, in certain cases, act as an intermediary on behalf of the property owner or as a tenant/operator of the accommodation.
Payments are made via card or payment link. We reserve the right to charge additional fees such as tourist tax, additional services, and any damages.
Guests are required to provide identification documents prior to arrival for legal registration purposes. Without submitted data, access to the accommodation may be denied.
The company is not responsible for personal belongings of guests or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
