Most important:


• Only registered guests can use the apartment. If a third person stays in the apartment, the reservation will be canceled without refund
• If you have visitors, you must inform the host.
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. However, you can smoke on the balcony (if there is one).
• If the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, cleaning is required and is charged every 7 days.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Home peace time is from 10 pm to 8 am. It is not allowed to make noise or organize gatherings.
• Before check in guest needs to send ID for all guests because we need to declare your stay to the tourist office.
• Before leaving the apartment, return all keys to where you found them before check-out at 10:00 a.m.
• Apartments have a security camera in front of the entrance to the apartment to check the number of people.


Other rules:


• Before leaving the apartment, turn off the lights, electronic devices and other devices (TV, air conditioning, heating...).
• Do not put inappropriate objects in the toilet or sink.
• Use towels only for the body.
• Please do not damage the furniture, appliances and other objects in the apartment. In case of damage, you must notify the host and pay for the damage.
• Due to the SelfCheckIns way of doing business, some of our apartments have a security camera in front of the entrance to the apartment, with which, if necessary, the number of people who have used the apartment is checked. Use of the apartment is considered every entry into the apartment, regardless of how many people will sleep.

• Dishes must be washed before check-out.
• When checking out, the host has the right to check the apartment in the presence of the guest.

Changing and canceling a reservation:

• Changes to reservation dates are possible free of charge only if the original dates are filled with other reservations, otherwise the full price of the canceled days will be charged.

Dissatisfaction with the apartment:

• In case the guest is not satisfied with the apartment, he has the right to another apartment. If SelfCheckIns cannot offer another apartment, the guest has the right to a free cancellation.



 

Apartment cleanliness:

• The standard cleaning of the apartment is paid for by the guests, which includes cleaning for 2 hours. We believe that you are aware that such cleaning cannot always be ideal. It is possible to choose the option of general cleaning before entering the apartment. The fee for general cleaning is an additional €200. Our Apartments are periodically cleaned in general at our expense.


Fees in case of non-compliance:


• In case of unannounced and unapproved later check-out, we charge €30 for each new hour of delay
• If the guest does not return the keys to the keybox, i.e., to the place where they were originally found, until the time of check-out (10:00 a.m.), a fee of €200 will be charged if the guest did not notify us of this. This problem often leads to a complete change of the cleaning schedule, the intervention of the delivery of spare keys, and the loss of a new reservation that often lasts several nights in this or another apartment that the cleaner was supposed to clean that day. If the guest has announced a possible problem with leaving the keys at least until 09:00 on the day of departure, the fee is €30.

• If a guest checks out but leaves the keys inside the apartment instead of the keybox, or if the keys are lost, a €200 fee will be charged to cover the replacement and administrative costs.
• In case of non-compliance with other house rules, the reservation is immediately canceled without the right to a refund.

• In case the guest did not dispose of the garbage properly according to the instructions: €30

• In case the guest left the apartment in above average untidy condition (garbage scattered, unwashed dishes...): €30

• If due to excessive mess in the apartment, a general cleaning of the apartment is necessary, the fine is: €200

• In case the guest has forgotten personal belongings that need to be collected or sent: €15

• If the guest brings a pet, the fine is: €200

• If the guest brings a person to sleep who is not registered in the accommodation, the fine is: €200

• If the guest leaves the keys in the apartment instead of in the keybox, the fine is: €200

• If a guest disturbs the peace in the building between 22:00 and 06:00, the fine is €200.

• If the guest organizes the gathering of several unregistered persons in the apartment or party, the fine is €200

• In case the guest smoked cigarettes in the apartment, the fee is €200.

• In case a guest has consumed drugs in the apartment, the fine is €500.

• In the event that the guest requests interventions that need to be physically resolved and which are the result of the guest's negligence, guest error, not reading the instructions, etc., €30 is charged.

• In the event of guest negligence requiring the intervention of our employees, we charge €50 per intervention/situation. Interventions include the purchase of new items after damage to existing items by guests. And all other interventions that occur due to guest negligence. This amount is charged exclusively for the work of the company's employees. (Intervention of copying keys, Intervention of sending keys, intervention of sending another cleaner, etc.). This amount does not compensate for damage.

• In the event that a guest throws inappropriate contents into the toilet bowl or drain and clogs the drain, the fine is: €200

• In the event that the bed is stained with blood stains (mostly due to sex during menstruation), which often leads to the need to change the entire mattress, the fee is: €200

• In the event that the guest does not allow the owner, repairmen, employees of the company that organizes accommodation, inspections, emergency services and other various emergency interventions to enter the apartment, the fine is €200.

• If a guest is dissatisfied with the apartment but does not report the issue during their stay, a compensation fee of €200 may apply. 

• In the event that the guest left the apartment in an extremely dirty state after which general cleaning is required, the fine is: €200

• In the event that the guest has left certain parts of the apartment in a condition that requires chemical cleaning or a special type of cleaning due to human excrement, the fine is: €200

• In the event that a guest stains the walls in such a way that the wall must be urgently repainted, the fee is €200.


Housekeeping:

If necessary, guests should allow the owner, handyman, employees of the company that manages the apartment, and authorized persons to enter the apartment. Examples of needs are considered to be:

- State inspections

- Internet operator technicians

- Plumbers

- Electricians

- Handyman for air conditioning, heating, and cooling

- Other types of handyman

- Cleaning the apartment

- Other emergencies
