Why is guaranteed check-in only from 5:00 PM?

• After cleaning, a separate inspector comes afterwards to check both the cleaner’s work and the condition of the apartment
• Sometimes repairs or maintenance are needed in the apartment
• One cleaner takes care of several apartments, so she cannot start cleaning all of them right at 10:00 AM
• Some guests have paid late check-out or delay their departure

By setting check-in from 5:00 PM on Airbnb and Booking, we ensure protection from unforeseen situations and issues — although in practice, earlier check-in is almost always possible.

How do turnovers in our apartments look in practice?

Types of Check-in

1) Standard Check-in
• Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Entry is guaranteed from 5 PM.
• In practice, it often becomes possible between 3–5 PM, as soon as the apartment is cleaned and inspected.

2) Free Early Check-in Without Inspection (🔴🟢Recommendation🔴🟢)
• Guaranteed time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Entry before the final cleanliness inspection is possible with a signed statement where the guest accepts responsibility for the apartment’s condition.
• In this option, the apartment will be completely cleaned, but it will not be inspected after the cleaner.

• We guarantee this option if it is arranged at least 24h before arrival. 

3) Paid Early Check-in
• Time: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• With an additional fee of €30, we guarantee entry already from 1 PM. (from 2 PM in villas)
• In this case, the apartment is both cleaned and inspected.
• We guarantee this option if it is arranged at least 24h before arrival.

4) Check-in if the Apartment Was Empty the Previous Night
• Guaranteed time: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• In this case, we can guarantee early check-in because we use such apartments for larger repairs, painting, or other works before your arrival.

5) Super Early Check-in Without Full Cleaning
• Entry is possible immediately at 10:00 AM, after the previous guest checks out.
• Afterwards, by 4:00 PM, a cleaner will come only to:
– clean the bathroom
– make the bed
– deliver fresh towels and bed linen
• Guaranteed if arranged at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Suitable option for guests who need early luggage accommodation.

6) Late Check-in
• After 10 PM, self check-in is possible using step-by-step photo and video instructions.
• Please note that in this case we cannot respond to extraordinary issues, as our agents are not working and cannot intervene.

Check-out

• Free check-out: until 10:00 AM
• Late check-out until 1:00 PM: with an additional fee of €30
