The general terms and conditions of the web shop selfcheckins.com are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Personal Data Protection Act and Electronic Commerce Act applicable in the Republic of Croatia.
These terms apply to the use of the web shop selfcheckins.com at www.selfcheckins.com, including all subpages, as well as to the purchase of products and/or services available on it.

SelfCheckIns d.o.o. provides web shop services on www.selfcheckins.com. The service consists of providing information services, content management, processing financial transactions, and the sale of products and/or services between users of the web shop, i.e. between the Buyer and the Seller.
The web shop can be used within the Republic of Croatia and all countries of the European Union.
These Terms are accepted electronically at the moment of confirming an order. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (LINK), as they also apply to the use of this website.
The Buyer agrees to use the web shop in accordance with applicable laws, solely for browsing content, purchasing available products by submitting valid orders, and communicating with the Seller.
The services of selfcheckins.com do not include any costs related to your equipment or internet access. SelfCheckIns d.o.o. is not responsible for any telephone, data traffic, or other costs that may arise from using the website.
The valid version of the Terms is always the one published on this website.
In case of dispute, the version valid at the time of purchase will apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in order to comply with legal changes or business processes.
Due to technical limitations, we are not able to notify each user individually, so we recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
SelfCheckIns d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any product or service, as well as the content of the web shop, without prior notice.
By browsing the web shop, you may freely select products and add them to your cart. This action is not binding.
Once you proceed to checkout, enter the required information, and confirm your order and acceptance of these Terms, and complete the payment, these actions constitute a binding sales contract.
All prices displayed include VAT and represent an invitation to purchase.
Products/services are delivered under the conditions valid at the time of order submission.
These Terms form an integral part of the online sales contract.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email (“Confirmation”).
This Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the contract, but only confirmation of receipt of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled.
The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment of shipment of goods or confirmation of service.
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
Prices are the same regardless of payment method and are visible on the product page and in the cart.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, the Seller is not obligated to conclude a contract under incorrect conditions and will offer the correct price.
If the Buyer does not accept, any paid amount will be refunded.

Installment payments may be available depending on the card issuer.
Certain accommodation units are available exclusively for monthly rental and require a mandatory lease agreement.
In such cases, a reservation made via the website or other channels does not constitute a final confirmation of stay. The rental is considered valid only after a separate lease agreement is concluded between the user and the company.
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if the user does not agree to sign the lease agreement.
SelfCheckIns d.o.o. may, in certain cases, act as an intermediary on behalf of the property owner or as a tenant/operator of the accommodation.
Payments are made via card or payment link. We reserve the right to charge additional fees such as tourist tax, additional services, and any damages.
Guests are required to provide identification documents prior to arrival for legal registration purposes. Without submitted data, access to the accommodation may be denied.
The company is not responsible for personal belongings of guests or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
