Apartment video surveillance

Notice on video surveillance of the common accommodation area

1. In order to achieve a legitimate interest, i.e. to control entry and exit, and to determine the actual number of users of the accommodation unit, the common area of the accommodation is under video surveillance.

2. Common space is considered the main entrance to the accommodation facility, which consists of the entrance door from the inside of the accommodation and part of the corridor.

3. Video surveillance of the common area is carried out using one camera, which is placed above the main entrance door of the apartment. The installed camera records the entrance door of the apartment and the corridor of the apartment.

5. Data collected through video surveillance is stored and kept on the server of the Data Processing Manager, who has sole and exclusive access to the collected data. Recorded data is stored in the records of the Data Processor for a period of one month.

6. Accommodation users have the right to access their personal data, the right to delete it, the right to limit their processing, and the right to lodge an objection to their processing to the data controller and supervisory authority for data protection in the Republic of Croatia.
