Dear SelfCheckIns,

I kindly ask for the possibility of an early check-in — before the final inspection of the apartment is fully completed — at my own request and at my own responsibility.

I am fully aware that by entering earlier I accept the possible risks related to:

- cleanliness of the apartment

- functionality of devices (TV, heating, air conditioning)

- availability of consumables (towels, bed linen, toilet paper, etc.)

I accept that I will not have any complaints or request any financial compensation regarding the above.

Additionally, I agree that the staff responsible for the final check may enter the apartment later that same day (until 9 PM) strictly and only for the purpose of collecting used laundry and delivering clean laundry.

If I am present in the apartment at that time, I commit to allowing them access. If I am not present — the staff is authorized to enter the apartment independently using the code or key.
