Welcome to our charming studio in Zagreb city center, 15 min walking from the main square and main city attractions. If you need more space we have another similar apartment next door, our brand is Studio Apartments Le Petit & Le Grand. We are perfectly connected with a direct tram line to Zagreb main square, bus and train stations. The place is great for couples, friends. It's good to mention that Vinogradska hospital is within a few minutes walking. The space We are proud to welcome you in our brand new studio, we finished the complete renovation in November 2017:) Everything inside the place is completely new except the living room sofa which is in great shape. This 20 meters square (215 feet square) space consists of a living space with couch and kitchen, as well as the stairs that lead to the open gallery with a double bed.
You will have the whole place to yourself.
2 persons can sleep on the gallery double bed and 1 person can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. The sofa can actually be extended (sleeps 2) and we could even accept 4 persons total but we don't recommend that because of the space. You are welcome to use everything that's in the kitchen (electric kettle, 2 cooking rings, fridge, microwave, dishes, tea, coffee, etc.) The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. Other things to note Self Check-in and check-out are flexible and negotiable. Always working to ensure that guests can do check-in and check out at the time that best suits their needs. Guest can check-in immediately after the cleaning lady finishes cleaning and the guest doesn't have to wait check-in time to enter the apartment.
If you need to wash your clothes we can do that for you for an extra fee.
If you need airport transfer we can arrange a taxi or come to pick you up with our van if we are available (it's a vehicle for 8 persons and a good option if you have a lot of luggage). We also have a smaller car for smaller parties. We charge 150 Kuna (20 €) per transfer.
If you need an iron please let us know and we will bring you one.
If you need to wash and dry your clothes we have a washer and dryer in our service room and we can provide this service for 8€/machine (5 kg).

SelfCheckIns d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any product or service, as well as the content of the web shop, without prior notice.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
By browsing the web shop, you may freely select products and add them to your cart. This action is not binding.
Once you proceed to checkout, enter the required information, and confirm your order and acceptance of these Terms, and complete the payment, these actions constitute a binding sales contract.
All prices displayed include VAT and represent an invitation to purchase.
Products/services are delivered under the conditions valid at the time of order submission.
These Terms form an integral part of the online sales contract.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email (“Confirmation”).
This Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the contract, but only confirmation of receipt of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
Prices are the same regardless of payment method and are visible on the product page and in the cart.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, the Seller is not obligated to conclude a contract under incorrect conditions and will offer the correct price.
If the Buyer does not accept, any paid amount will be refunded.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR MONTHLY RENTAL
Certain accommodation units are available exclusively for monthly rental and require a mandatory lease agreement.
In such cases, a reservation made via the website or other channels does not constitute a final confirmation of stay. The rental is considered valid only after a separate lease agreement is concluded between the user and the company.
The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if the user does not agree to sign the lease agreement.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
SelfCheckIns d.o.o. may, in certain cases, act as an intermediary on behalf of the property owner or as a tenant/operator of the accommodation.
Payments are made via card or payment link. We reserve the right to charge additional fees such as tourist tax, additional services, and any damages.
Guests are required to provide identification documents prior to arrival for legal registration purposes. Without submitted data, access to the accommodation may be denied.
The company is not responsible for personal belongings of guests or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
